Last few months

Well for any of you who follow this blog at all ( and I know there are not many) it has been FOREVER since I updated. So I will give you all the short and sweet, condensed version of my life since my last post at the end of April. As you all know the Jazz lost to the Lakers, again in the playoff, so no more Jazz pics(and my favorite player is now a Bull, but we won't talk about that)--so since that post of the games here is what has been happening:

May--

Moved into my new house in Lehi. Absolutely love it, a great decision. Got the yard put in and still decorating etc. but its mine and its great and if you haven't been to see it yet, you are invited to come take a look.

Had great b-day celebrations with friends and family. One of the best was going to CA/Disneyland with Marci, Holly, and Ayla, those girls now how to have a good time at the Happiest Place on Earth.

June--
Amazing opportunity to go to Maui with mom. IT was the best, I loved it. Great vacation--one of the highlights of the summer.

July--

Next highlight of the summer, Micia and I went to Orlando. The reason for our trip was the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios and it didn't disappoint. We had so much fun, it was a short trip but well worth it. We also hit Disney World, well because believe it or not Micia had never been there. It was a great weekend!

August--
Work golf tourney, which was good times. Golfed with the guys from IT this year. Girls trip to Vegas with Kristin and Julie. It was great to just get away and relax with two of my BFF's. We lounged around, I read my book, visited and just hung out, seriously just what I needed that weekend. And the John Mayer concert on the 31st--good time, I love watching John play the guitar. Concert was great!

I think that pretty much cover the highlights in a nutshell. Its on to football games, up coming holidays and a trip to AZ in November and add in some basketball games and the fall is shaping up. There has been 1 home BYU game which they won, and it was good times. Young team this season but hopefully the team will come together soon.

Till later-- :)

Jazz Playoff Game

After a rocky start in game 1 against Denver, Memo went down with a torn Achilles, things weren't really looking so good for the Jazz. But since then they are doing great! Mom couldn't go to the game the other night, so Adrienne came with. (I'm slowly turning her into a basketball fan). IT was so much fun, even with the crazy old people sitting by us (we thought the one lady was going to poke Adrienne's eye out as she lunged for the free taco bell shirt coming down from the rafters. And then there was the crazy lady next to me who was all sorts of ticked at the guys throwing balls into the crowd, and believe me she let me know--talk about mean). Anyway, besides that it was an awesome game, and the Jazz won and are now 1 game away from advancing to the next round. GO JAZZ!!!
Like our matchy, matchy green shirts :)

Lifehouse/Daughtry Concert

We went to the Lifehouse/Daughtry concert the other night. It happened to be my friend Dede's b-day so it was a great way to celebrate. The concert was so good! Lifehouse is by far one of my favorite bands, I just love them. I'm looking forward to them doing their own tour later this year. It was a great night, I love a good concert!!

Almost there.....

here is the lastest. Best news.....I CLOSE ON THURSDAY!!! How cool is that!

Wedding Weekend

This last weekend, my cousin Mandy got married in California at the LA Temple. I went to it with my mom and her 2 sisters, Aunt Virg & Aunt Suzie. We went down Thursday morning and hit the beach in Newport for most of the day. IT was great! Laying out in the sun doing pretty much nothing was great. That night we went a baseball game and watched the Angels get beat by the Twins. The next day we just hung out, went shopping :) and visited with family. The wedding was on Saturday and it turned out great. Mandy and Josh were so happy. The reception that night was at a clubhouse and it was so much fun. The flowers were amazing, I loved them and wanted to bring them home with me. It was a great weekend and I was so happy that I was able to go.

House Update

Mom and I went over to see how the house was coming along yesterday. Surprise--the drive way is there and there is lumber on the property. YAY that is a good sign. Now if the weather would just cooperate, I would be a lot happier for many reasons. And you will notice I also have a port a potty, that's when you know things are serious :)
